HATCH Local Care Partnership (LCP) is a dynamic collaboration focused on improving the health and wellbeing of people living in Chapeltown, Burmantofts, Harehills and Richmond Hill in Leeds. The partnership includes representatives from primary care, community health services, public health, adult social care, and a broad range of VCSE groups.
Feel Good Factor
Feel Good Factor (FGF) supports people to improve their health and wellbeing. Based in Chapeltown, we work with communities all across Leeds providing activities, projects and services to improve access to health opportunities for some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged.
Calm & Centred
At Calm&Centred our main focus is crisis prevention by utilising therapeutic interventions and coping strategies designed to help prevent community members from escalating from low level mental health issues to a full blown crisis.
One of the ways in which we tackle this issue is by delivering person centred health and wellness therapies which are specifically geared towards helping individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety (low level mental health problems) and related issues.
