Chapeltown PCN offers GP appointments out of hours on weekends (face to face and telephone options available), the face to face appointments are at Rutland Lodge.
Booking/Referral Method
Appts are available via the EA Appointment Ledger on SystmOne Leeds GP Confederation Hub under EA – Central North PCN or bookable via NHS 111.

Virtual Clinical Pharmacist Appointments
Telephone appointment for patients who need to speak to a Pharmacist regarding a medication issue, but don’t need to attend the surgery. Able to prescribe and organise prescriptions electronically. Refer more complex med reviews etc. to PCN Pharmacy team.

EA Physio Appointments
Offers a virtual service to assess & provide an initial diagnosis in relation to the issue (joint pain/swelling, pins/needles/tingling or recent joint/muscle injury). They can also provide information on pain relief & suitable exercises.
Please note this service is not available to patients under 18.
